Grown in the Mersin-Antalya region, the Turkish Sivri Pepper is mildly hot. This pepper is firm, shiny and sturdy, and the stem is green. Sivri has an average length of 8-15 cm without the stem and a diameter of 1-3 cm. Sivri is the most grown pepper variety in Turkey. There are several sub-varieties gown in different regions for different purposes.
