These raisins are produced from Vitis Vinifera seedless grapes. Kashmiri raisins, which are known as long raisins, are made from seedless varieties of Iranian grapes. These types of raisins are famous for their molasses taste and long shape. If the cashmere raisin is dried with sulfur smoke and in the shade, its color becomes amber yellow. Those who do not like the sweet taste of other raisins use this type of raisins. These raisins, like the others, are dried and coated with vegetable oil. Then they are cleaned mechanically and with a laser to remove foreign materials or remaining wood. Finally, they are packed in full compliance with health and legal and safety requirements.

Sultani raisins are dried in a special way and because it has a high sugar content, it tastes very sweet like honey.
